Society for Health & Psychology Enabled Services (SHAPES) is a non-government development organization working on issues affecting urban and rural poor with a special focus on children. For that Society for Health & Psychology Enabled Services (SHAPES) has taken a major initiative to promote and project Indian values and culture through quality & experiential education. Therefore, SHAPES has developed a project called “SAKSHAM-Education for Life ”.  Under this project we have visualized every child &  the individual in India to be educated through this project.

"SAKSHAM- Education for Life"   is a project running under SHAPES, which created the unique platform in free education for, mentally challenged, underprivileged / street children in the rural village, slums in various part of India. Through our innovative psychological teaching skills and learning system make them capable for future competitive environment & get their basic right. Every year, we are enrolling 100 children under this project  'SAKSHAM- Education for Life ". 

The objectives of this Project are as follows:

•  Financial & non-financial assistance/scholarship to meritorious and underprivileged students for further studies
• Free education to   underprivileged/street children
•  Free education to  mentally challenged children
•  Girl’s  & women empowerment through basic education
•  Develop public awareness about “child labour”, “girls/women education”, and “right to education”.
•  Establishing schools for same (formal & informal education) in various parts of India to be projecting Indian culture & value system.
•  Vocational training for future employment.

 Our motto is not only to teach /educate them but also to nurture and empower their holistic growth from integrative psychological perspectives. We accomplish this noble deed by the holistic psychological approach. So that they could lead into the mainstream and become self-reliant individuals.

You could help us in any one of the following ways: You can donate by cash, cheque or DD and send your contributions to our organization. The cheques/drafts should favour “Society for Health and Psychology Enabled Services”, payable at New Delhi.

About SHAPES

SHAPES (Society for Health And Psychology Enabled Services ) is a non-for-profit and national organization registered under the societies registration Act, XXI of 1860, established on 16th September 2009. The Society is committed to community services and creating awareness among people both their psychological health as well as physical health by trained professionals. Our basic motto is to provide psychological Services, in shapes of guidance, education, and training to individuals at various developmental levels in the competitive environment. We are a learning, teaching and research organization that works at making learning more experiential, meaningful and fun.
We are committed for all over development of individuals at grass root level through comprehensive psychological interventions at various levels of development in the life cycle. Every mind is special and unique. It needs care, help, and guidance to bloom in natural ways which most of us forget to think. A dream to unleash your mind through education, training, counseling, and guidance.
We work with a multidisciplinary approach in collaboration with different professionals such as psychiatrist, psychologist, social workers, special educators, occupational therapists, behavioral     & soft skills trainers, yoga & meditation, speech therapist etc.

SHAPES team includes scholars and professionals who belong to the applied branch of Psychology and Education & Management Science. Our training sessions & workshops, psychological services are conducted by facilitators who have minimum five years of experience, in-depth knowledge in this particular field.
