1. Area Coordinators:
The Area Coordinators is the head of Fund Raising team in the state. Preference is given to candidates in the age group of 35 to 40 years and having an experience of 8 to 10 years in sales and marketing, out of which at least two years as head of a team of marketing professionals. The candidate should be a graduate with diploma in sales & Marketing. Preference is for MBAs. The application should have a pleasing personality and good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities will be expected.
2. Team Leader (Corporate/Direct Mktg):
The team leader manages the affairs of team of 6-8 Fund Raising Executives, their target setting , planning etc. Preferred qualification is graduation with diploma in Sales /marketing with 3-5 years experience in the sales and marketing . Fund Raising experience with NGOs will be preferred. Age 30-35 years.
3. Fund Raising Executives ( Corporate /Direct Mktg):
Graduates in any discipline with a flair for Marketing and having good communication and interpersonal skills. Age above 22 years. An experience of 2 to 5 years in direct or indirect marketing is preferred. Work experience in fund raising activities of NGOs is an added advantage.
4. Tele-Marketing / Direct Marketing Executives:
The applicants should be a Graduate in any discipline with good communications skills. For telemarketing preference is given to female candidates and for direct marketing preference is given to male candidates. Age in between 22 to 30 years. An experience of 2 to 5 years Telemarketing / Direct Marketing is preferred.
5. Yoga and Meditation Trainer:
The applicants should be a Graduate in same field, with practicing Yoga and Mediation at least 4 to 5 years with good communication in Hindi and English. Ready to work as freelance.
6. Behavioural and Soft-Skill Trainer/ any others area of Trainer
The applicants should be a Graduate & Post Graduate in any discipline with good communication and command over the language. He must be experienced at least 5+ years in particular area field. Ready to work as a freelance and full time.
(Training Areas are: NLP, Leadership & Team building, Communication Skills, Personality Development , Stress Management, CBT & Psychotherapy , Counselling Skills , Psychometric Testings , Personal Effectiveness , Parenting ,PMS etc. )
Other then above areas of training , anyone have any experience & expert of any specific area of training like IT, Research Methodology ,Finance , Account , Marketing, Entrepreneurship, language etc. They also send their resume along with proposal .
